Good morning and welcome to today's show.. So far today has been a bust.. I caught something and feel like poo-poo.. even though it was almost 90° yesterday I was cold and shivering all night. In fact I got up about 2 to take a super hot shower followed by a soak.. this morning I still feel crapy but #themorningbowl is like Hollywood in the sense that... The show must go on..
