-Every leader today in whatever filed became so because he/she became aware of his /her purpose ,identification of purpose is a great key to become a successful leader.
-You cannot reach your best outside your area of purpose and calling (Philippians 3:13).this connotes that the actualization of your best in life is tied to your purpose .
-Success is reaching your maximum potential meeting up divine expectation over your life .
-Until you discover your purpose that part of your life which only purpose can fill will be left void
Finally a purposeless leader will always do something to the people instead of doing something for the people (mentorship)
