What does it mean to trust a person? Have you ever thought about what trust means to you? To me, it means I'm banking on that person to not let me down in any way. Trust to me is being sure that that person won't ever disappoint. But unfortunately, people disappoint others who have banked on them.
When a person is disappointed, it's usually very hard for that person to recover from that disappointment and still trust the person who disappointed them. It's like trying to put back humpty-dumpty or a piece of broken china together again.
Tonight, I'm not talking from the perspective of the disappointed. I've disappointed someone really dear to me and it has been hard to get back from. I betrayed the trust this person had in me, not once and i must say that he really has a lot of patience because not everyone can try to rebuild that trust, at least not after what i did.
My point? Do everything you can to keep the trust a person or people might have in you because once it is broken, things might never go back to the way they were between you people.
I'm sorry Hun for betraying your trust in me.
