Looking on Amazon, you can get a Pyrex glass measuring cup starting at $14 or so. Or you can get a knock-off starting at about $6 or so. But yeah, we have one of these in our kitchen and it seems pretty much everyone does. Sets of plastic measuring cups of various sizes are dirt cheap. Maybe you can find a bakery where you can see them making stuff to see how they do it, lol.
