I started playing last week and since I did not have any cards, I was only able to run the very first mission - Casting Call. You have 100 Energy that you can use to run missions. This first mission uses 15 of your energy and takes 5 minutes to run. When finished you are awarded between 1 and 15 Stardom tokens and 10 Experience Points.
I have been able to reach level 5 by running only the first mission. It is a slow process but I wanted to earn some Stardom Tokens before purchasing NFTs.
The second mission, Breakout Star, requires 20 Fans and uses 25 Energy to run. You must have also reached level 3 to be able to run this mission. This mission takes 10 minutes and awards 10 to 51 Stardom tokens and 25 Experience points.
Currently you can not transfer your Stardom tokens to Hive Engine to make any purchases. But this functionality will be released in the near future. Due to this and the fact that I want to run other missions, I checked on NFTMart to see what Stardom NFTs were available to purchase for 952 Stardom tokens or less since that is the number of Stardom tokens I have earned so far.
All of the available Stardom NFTs cost 700 Stardom tokens each that are available with a price less than 952 Stardom tokens. Since I need to have another 10 Fans to be able to unlock and run the next mission - Breakout Star, I decided to purchase PC2 Jerry.
I purchased 700 Stardom tokens to make this purchase.
The NFT is now showing up in my Stardom Play Collection and I am able to run the second mission. It should take a lot less time to accumulate more Stardom tokens so that I can purchase more NFTs next week.
