It is that time of the week that I review my progress in the Rising Star Game. I am looking forward to making great progress in Rising Star in 2022. I plan on being more intentional with my progress. So this post will help hold me accountable on a weekly basis.
I received my first Epic card in the pack I purchased today since the Fans are double skill, it may take me a while to recover from the increasing ego but I will try.
Eighth Week Progress
To be able to tell if you are making any progress toward anything you set out to do is to record your starting position and then periodically measure how far you have progressed since your last measurement.
This is my eighth full week to measure my progress in Rising Star. It reflects the progress I have made since Feb 23rd.
Here are my Mar 2nd stats:
Ranking: 1396 (-141)
I dropped in the ranking by over 140 places. This was a big surprise to me as I was thinking I had been running missions almost all the time. I understand that the higher I get the harder it will be to maintain that ranking. I had been completing missions on a daily basis. My Ranking reflected 1537 at the top of the page but in the detail it was 1534.

Weekly Minutes: 3800 (-180)
Score: 747 (-7)
My weekly minutes dropped week over week but only by 180. I think this is due to the fact that I ran music lessons more times but I needed them to reduce my ego. This week I performed 3800 minutes of missions while last week I only had 3980 minutes.
I was able to increase two levels this week. I completed 43 missions, this is up 7 from 36 I completed the prior week.

Current Stats
Last week, I received more fans than skill some of them drunk. I was running extra music lesson missions but not enough to offset the increase in fans and then last night my mission received 230 drunks. These will go away but they caused my ego to jump up to 13%. This week I again need to focus on my ego and get it down under 5%. I do not like it when it is greater than that.

Weekly Pack Purchase and Opening
As part of my strategy to advance in Rising Star, I will be opening a pack each week from the prior weeks earned Starbits. I have been saving my Starbits for investing in Play2Earn.
I received my first Epic card, 1 Rare card and 1 Common Cards.

After the pack purchase, I have 39,470 Starbits remaining on the Hive Engine and 113 in-game. I was able to increase my Starbits holdings by 19,000 this week. I used 10k to purchase one pack. I thought about purchasing a second pack but want to wait since I do not need additional fans. I will need to look on the market to see which cards offer more skill since that is where I need the extra stats to bring down my ego.
Next Target
I am still pushing to reach Level 55 so that I can run the Local Mini Tour Support Mission. I have reached the number of fans needed so just need Level 55. I need 5 more levels before I reach level 55. I gained one levels this week and almost reach the second. I should be able to gain two next week if I push it.
