I have created a plan to get five Can of Petrol cards by the time I reach Level 85. I do this, I need to purchase one can each time I achieve the next level. This time is no exception.
I just reached level 83 so purchased another "Can of Petrol" card. The reason I need to do this is so that I can run the "Full Band Support" mission that will become available at level 85 in the County Tour Zone.
It is easier to plan ahead and make purchases over a period of time then wait until you reach that point/level and then decided to make the purchase. This is more for my control of not spending the funds as it is for following a plan. I know that if I just save the funds and wait until I have there, I will be tempted to use those funds for lots of other things as you know full well there are lots of things to invest in here on the Hive Platform.
Current Stats
I continue to work on improving my stats so that I can climb in the rankings and earn more Starbits. However this week I slowed a little in running mission. Due to that, I guess I was not running enough missions to collect temporary drunk fans. I was able to keep my ego low at 4% but but now that I have the County Tour zone open, I find that the prior zones missions increased in ego per mission run.

Weekly Progress
Only two more levels before I reach 85. I have been making sure that I earn enough XP to advance one level per week. Within two weeks, I will be able to run the "Full Band Support" mission in the County Tour Zone.
This week I slipped a little in the ranking down to 862 from 824. This is all due to running more of the Music Lesson missions than regular missions. I was trying to keep my ego down since the regular missions add more ego since the new zone is open. I dropped around 600 minutes in weekly missions.
Weekly Card Purchase
Like last week, this is where adjusted my card purchase strategy. I have always used 10,000 Starbits to purchase a pack getting 3 cards (2 common, plus 1 rare or better card). I am still purchasing cards with the 10,000 that I saved up during the week however I am purchasing all the lowest unique cards on the market for those same Starbits.
This week I was able to purchase 13 new unique cards with the 10,000 Starbits. This should help move me stay below 1000 ranking and hopefully move up higher in the rankings.
The purchase was a mix of 4 instruments and 9 people cards. This added 85 Fans, 27 Luck and 23 Skill. Once the number of unique cards drops to around 3 to 5 I will revisit this strategy to determine if I go back to purchasing a pack or continue to purchase unique cards.
