Last week, I talked about creating a plan and then driving forward to accomplishing it. This week, I want to focus more on creating your plan.
When you are creating your plan, you need to consider many things. Don't just pick numbers out of the air and go that is where I want to be at the end of the year. Make sure those plans that you create matter to where you actually want to be in life.
Do you have a major event that you are saving for, an upcoming move that you need extra funds or is that amount that you earn here on the Hive Platform supposed to cover all your retirement expenses in 5 years.
Whatever it might be, know the reason or purpose behind your plan. Doing this will help you stay on track and actually help you accomplish the plan that you created in the time period that you have set out to complete it.
Hive Target

I am targeting 2,500 Hive Power by the end of the year. I currently have 1964 HP, 37 more than last week. I need 536 more HP to reach my goal by year end. There are 16 more weeks left in the year to add to my stack. This would be adding around 33.5 HP per week for the rest of the year.
Author and Curation Rewards
Hive earnings can be increased through author and curation rewards. My author rewards has increased slightly over the past week to 36.6 HP from 35.84 HP. If I can maintain this level of Author rewards I should be able to make my goal 2500 by end of year. However I do get paid 50% in Hive Power and 50% in HBD so I would need to convert HBD to HP each week to do it.
This week I convert HBD to Hive and powered it up. I have found that I do this on a more frequent time period that just monthly it is easier to maintain and I do not use the funds for other reasons.
I am hoping that I can maintain the weekly earnings but understand I have no control over the voting value that I receive from others. I do however control my content creation which provides opportunity for others to upvote my content.
My 30 day Author rewards also increased to 122.61 from 115.74 last week.
My 7 day curation rewards is now over 2 Hive per week moving to 2.17 from 1.82 last week.
Hive Account Growth
The trend is still upward but I need to continue to power up from other placed as my HP earnings is not enough to push me to the needed levels.
Hive Curation
Even though this is the fifth week in a row that my Hive curation APR is below my targeted range of 8% to 10%. It did move up over a full percentage point to 7.44% from 6.23%. This is the direction that I need to keep it going.

These tokens that I have chosen have several use cases that are important to me. Here are my targets and progress for each of the specific tokens I have created a 2022 goal.
