Germany Opens Up to Institutional Crypto - Decrypto reports;
In all, around 4,000 existing investment funds will now be eligible to invest in Bitcoin and other crypto assets, Sven Hildebrandt, CEO of Germany-based Distributed Ledger Consulting (DLC) told Decrypt.

This is not indicative of price, that is a different chart. The percentages reflect the % of the population that eventually adopts a technology. The late majority won't use bitcoin until they have to, and with about 70 million bitcoin wallets that represent at most, just 0.00875% of the worlds population. Are we even at Early Adoption yet? We are not even close to 2.5%, but I suspect that many of the innovators will be the companies that are just starting to use Bitcoin today. Are we are still early?
