Just keep improving, the more effort you put into composing your posts, the time spent thinking and writing and editing and adding, the better the results. It takes time to be seen or discovered, so keep powering up and coming back to write each day. Upvote new posts as well, for others who write as you say. Your voting power recharges each day, but you still want at least 500 HP as soon as you can reach it. Good insights you shared, they are true. I just passed ten years on Hive, and in the beginning I started with just 0.35 cents. The important thing is not to quit, or to worry about the results. Consider how others such as your peers, family or colleages, or anyone in the world will read your stories. Your best efforts are written within! The real value, is that your stories are published for the whole world to see, and will still be here for years, as long as there are witnesses running Hive nodes. Remember to vote for 20 witnesses for the benefit of your account and Hive. !ALIVE !PIZZA !BEER

RE: Why don't senior members easily give votes or support to newcomers' posts?
