How much value do you get from the post? On what merits do you reward the efforts of the author? Can you find something to appreciate or can you contribute anything to their post? Which posts are Good, which are Great, and what is Hive-Standing?
This is just a challenge to try something new. I usually only do 100% upvotes or perhaps 50% on certain comments. We have to push the buttons to make this work for everyone. I wonder if comparing three posts and voting first second third in this way could be a helpful exercise.
