Hello, Ecency friends! πŸ‘‹πŸŽ¨

Today, I want to share a new illustration of Satoru Gojo from Jujutsu Kaisen in Chibi style! πŸ˜ŽπŸ’™ I wanted to portray this amazing character with his iconic white hair and striking blue eyes, giving him an adorable look without losing his unique personality.

I created the first five stages using Manga Studio EX 4 and then turned to Photoshop for some final lighting and color adjustments. Join me as we explore how this illustration came to life, step by step! πŸ”₯

✏️ Step 1: Initial Sketch

I started with loose blue strokes to establish the pose, Chibi proportions, and overall composition. At this stage, my main goal was to capture the basic idea without worrying too much about the details.

πŸ”΄ Step 2: Guide Line Art

Next, I worked over the sketch with a simple red line art. This helped me define the shapes of the hair, face, and clothing, creating a clearer foundation for the next stage.

πŸ–‹οΈ Step 3: Detailed Line Art

Once the basic structure was ready, I created the final black line art. I focused on refining the hair strands, facial expression, and clothing folds, giving the illustration a much cleaner and more polished appearance.

🎨 Step 4: Base Colors

It was time to bring Gojo to life with color! πŸ’œ I applied the main colors without adding shadows or lighting effects just yet. I chose a palette that would make his white hair and intense blue eyes stand out against the violet background.

πŸ’₯ Step 5: Shadows and Lighting

At this stage, I added shadows, highlights, and lighting effects to give the character more depth and volume. I also worked on the background, incorporating graphic elements that complement the composition and make it more dynamic without taking the spotlight away from Gojo.

🌟 Step 6: Final Touch-ups in Photoshop

To finish the illustration, I took it into Photoshop, where I corrected the lighting and made a few adjustments to the color palette. These final touches helped bring all the elements together and made the finished artwork even more eye-catching.

πŸ’™ And there you have itβ€”our Chibi version of Gojo! I really enjoyed watching this illustration evolve from those first blue strokes into a finished piece. Every stage contributed something important to the final result.

Thank you for joining me once again and supporting my artwork! See you in the next post with more drawings and creative processes. 🎨πŸ”₯
