Holla Hivians 鉂わ笍
It's been a while in the hive community, and I must say it is my fault even though I've been engulfed with school work, at least I would have created time to engage. It is something I will intentionally look into.
However, last week I turned 19 and it was such a pleasure.
First of all,I'm grateful to God who made me alive to see my birthday.
So many times, my thoughts wandered and I thought I'd be gone before that day because of the circumstances I was surrounded by, but here I am.
To be honest I felt like I really did turn a new age on my birthday,I felt like I grew an inch taller 馃槀 oh and I just noticed my hair grew longer..
That's on a lighter note by the way.
This post boils down to gratitude.
I'm grateful for life, family, friends,the little things that make life worth it. I've not had the best life, but I'm quite optimistic that the best is on its way and all I have to do is to be fully prepared for it. I had a fun birthday, my best friend took me out and I had a wonderful time with her.
She gave me a beautiful gray sweater with my name embroidered on it. There were so many calls and wonderful wishes for me. I felt so loved and special.
During my photo shoot for my birthday,my best friend came with me and made sure everything was okay. This makes me grateful for the gift of good people in my life. So many of my course mates made me feel loved too, their wishes were heartwarming.
My family won't be left out,they were amazing. I'm open to growth and learning in this new age. I realize that I'm getting older by the day, but right now I chose to say I'm 19 years younger 馃槀.
I look forward to many more years of positive achievements and personal development.
Belated Happy birthday to me
Oh lest I forget,I made my birthday dress 鈽猴笍,it was so stressful, I'd made it before but then I wanted to redesign it and make it more gorgeous 馃懜馃徔, and I'm not ashamed to say it was nothing less of what I wanted, in fact it was what I ordered and what I really did get.
