Any firm or organization that will make appreciable progress and meets the needs of people must understand the times and season within the context of its operations and make necessary adjustments without loosing its version, purpose and place.
The organization must understand the people's culture. With reference to youth within the country, a country that will be effective and meets the needs of the youth must understand the behavioral pattern and taste of the people classified as youth within the Nigerian classification.
