Who is Gatotkaca?

Gatotkaca is the son of Bima / Werkudara, with Dewi Arimbi, daughter of King Arimbaka, the king of giants of Pringgondani state with Hidimba race. He has two other maternal brothers, namely; Raden Anantareja --- son of Bima with Dewi Naganini, and Raden Anantasena --- son of Bima with Dewi Urangayu.

As a baby Gatotkaca became a champion of Kadewatan destroying Prabu Prabu and his patih, Sakipu, who raged in Jonggringsaloka for his proposal to marry Bathari Prabasini, denied Bathara Guru.
