I think time off is really important for many things. Even for doing your job or running your business. If you don't take them off you can't look at things from a fresh perspective. You just keep going and going and maybe in the wrong direction. And of course you will get tired. So I took a few days off. Well off for me. I think someone else wouldn't consider it as taking time off.
