Hello everybody! The architecture of the old churches is unique and impressive. The places where the shrines are built have an enchanting atmosphere. When I visit Orthodox or Catholic churches, I try to catch their architectural features. Attention should be paid to the little details, as impressive architectural structures are created from small details.
Outwardly, the Church of the Holy Trinity does not look like a pompous building. However, every detail of a group of historic buildings has a specific meaning.
The main entrance to the church has been restored relatively recently. It was restored according to old drawings and now has its original appearance.
The combination of the golden color of the domes and the white façade is pleasantly perceived. In sunny weather or gray autumn - any time the building of the church attracts attention.
Upon closer inspection, you can see a group of bells of different sizes. They are used on church holidays and sound impressive. The sound of church bells can be heard in the distant parts of the city.
The church building was built in the second half of the 18th century. During the Second World War, German aircraft destroyed it to the ground. Only in the 1990s, the building underwent a complete restoration to its original form.
Some windows of the building of the Church of the Holy Trinity are walled up, but their former location can be seen from the architectural patterns.
However, most of the elements of the church are used. The building can be seen from the farther parts of the city, especially due to the height of over 30 meters and the golden baths. All this was done in order to show the greatness of the ancient church.
Each part of the church looks unique, but at the same time modest. The architecture of the Trinity Cathedral can boast of its historical value, gilded baths and majestic modesty.
On the territory of the church there is a small but very important structure that looks like a gazebo.
This gazebo is made in the style of a church, but it is very important. The fact is that in this place there is a tank in which the holy water is located. On holidays, Orthodox believers line up to collect holy water for themselves. This is a church tradition.
Each side of the Trinity Church has a separate entrance. In some cases, this is the entrance to the service building, but more often the entrances lead to the premises of the temple. The Holy Father watched my photo session of the temple, but warned that it was forbidden to take pictures inside.
The temple is located at the highest point of the city and the highest elevation from the Dnieper River. This place has historically been a place of worship. Even during the creation of the city, the site of the Trinity Cathedral was popular.
The architecture of the Zhlobin Trinity Cathedral deserves attention.
I love modern architecture and ancient architecture. At all times of human development, a unique architecture has been created. Each building has absorbed the spirit of the times.
