@dannewton just finished a 15.1km run, that lasted for 94 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 1264.0 calories.
Description from Strava: That was hard work. Odd really considering that tuesday was 5C warmer than today, yet felt comparatively easier. Today was 28C, and felt muggy and humid. And i felt tired and sluggish for most of this, to the point of needing to take a couple of walk breaks.
There was very little wind, nor was there much shade to be had either, so i guess that didn't help.
But i made it home in the end, and now its time for a cold drink, and a much needed cold shower!
In other news, readers may remember me completing my AAT Level 2 qualification back in February. After some paperwork, and jumping through many hoops, i have finally enrolled on to the next step: AAT Level 3. So after shower and tea, i'll be cracking on with the start of the first module later this evening

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
