Description from Strava: Hope Valley Round - Completed!
A 20 mile loop around the Hope Valley, ticking various summits including Mam Tor and Lose Hill. Weather was sensational considering it is the middle of November. Blue skies, sunshine, and beautiful views.
I wont mention the relelentless mud of the last 4km!
A fantastic day out in the hills, and a suitable way to celebrate my birthday 'week'
The round was created by a local outdoors clothing shop, and once i provided proof of completion, i was given a free Montane Buff, and also a free cake... the Cranberry flapjack is delicious and a a suitable way to finish the day off
Now for a much needed shower to wash all the mud off!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
