I took my morning walk along the riverbank path to Alton Baker Park, and then I continued south and crossed over the Frohnmayer Bike Bridge to the University of Oregon campus where I walked around a bit, and then walked back home. Later in the morning I went out again, I wanted to get a lot of steps since it’s a #macfit competition day, but it was also forecasted to get up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit by the late afternoon so I didn’t want to be out too long in too much heat. I walked to Alton Baker Park and back. I debated going to the grocery store afterwards to maybe get some cold treats, but the combination of being tired and it being hot outside convinced me to just call it a day and not try to push for more steps.
