I felt the need to take it a bit easy this morning so I took one of my shorter walking routes, to Alton Baker Park and back again. There was light to medium rain for most of the first half of my walk.
I’m also trying to get in the habit of doing more mindfulness exercises when I’m visiting the parks in the morning. I sat on a bench for a few minutes, attending to my breathing and experiencing the rain.
After that I headed over to the area that’s a fortress in the AR wizarding world of Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and did a bunch of challenges. Then I headed back home.
