Ingredients
- 500 grams of white rice
- 125 g of finely chopped chicken meat
- 1 chicken egg that has been shaken first

- 1/2 bundle of mustard greens or enough cabbage that has been cut into pieces (as an additional vegetable if like)
- 2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 5 onion cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 large red peppers (add chili pepper if like spicy)
- Oil sufficiently to saute
- pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, beans and cowhide eggs (as complementary when served if likes)

How to make
- Combine the onion, garlic and chili into the cobek then uleg or puree until blended
- Put enough oil into the pan, then heat

- Add pieces of cabbage or mustard and carrots to the dish, then stir
- Next put salt, soy sauce and soy sauce, stirring constantly until well blended
- Finally, put white rice, stirring until all ingredients and spices evenly with rice
- Before serving do not forget to taste the dish first, if you are sure with the taste please lift and serve while warm, add also pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, beans and eggs of the eyes of the cow as a complement. Yumm!
