The city of Jaen is located in Andalusia and for work reasons I had to pass through there and I took the opportunity to take some pictures of places that I found interesting.
This is the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin of Jaen, is in the Plaza de Santa Maria in front of the Municipal Palace and was built between 1249 and 1274.
This is the Iglesia del Sagrario, it is attached to the Cathedral and was built on a slope caused by the earthquake of Lisbon in 1755, the date of this dates from 1764 and was opened in 1801.
This last photo is of a street of the city where I found it curious that in the same one they have placed air conditioners to combat the heat that at this time is quite strong.
All the pictures were taken with my Minolta digital camera, which always travels with me.
