Guardiana del respeto sumergida [Esp/Eng]

In the deep waters of the sea, there exists a creature that some say has the face of a woman, though her body remains unknown to all. Her hair stands out among the blue tones of the beach, with vibrant orange and brown hues, and moves with unmatched grace. It’s said she travels with other marine beings, seeking justice within her society. As the leader, she sometimes must be cold, not by choice, but to prevent others from taking advantage of her emotions. Her special ability is to transform into other animals, still unknown to us, so she can remain undetected by those who wish to harm her. She dives into the depths of disrespect and inequality, determined to restore balance. This is the character I’m excited to share with you today.

Hello to the entire Alien Art community! This is my first post here, and I’m thrilled to show you how I created my very first fantasy creature.
I wanted to try something different from what I usually do, and slowly let my creativity take flight. At first, I wasn’t sure what I was going to draw, but my pencil began to move on its own until the figure of this creature appeared on the page. I made it using crayon colors in my sketchbook, I hope you enjoy it.

Process:

Initial Sketches

I started by sketching the face with a charcoal pencil, her eyes, her mouth, and then her long, wavy hair. Later, I added a necklace on her chest and filled the background with ocean elements like shells, sea snails, and a starfish.

Coloring

The color palette I wanted to use included shades of blue and yellow. I began by outlining her hair with brown and gradually added vibrant orange tones. For her skin, I used light blue with touches of yellow, and for the background, a mix of earthy and blue tones in various shades. Finally, I rubbed a piece of paper over the drawing to blend the colors and give it a smoother finish.

En las profundas aguas del mar se encuentra una criatura que algunos cuentan que tiene cara de mujer, aunque su cuerpo aún es desconocido por todos. Su pelo resalta entre los tonos azules de la playa por ser naranja y marrón, así como por tener un movimiento inigualable. Se dice que va acompañada de otras criaturas marinas en busca de la justicia en su sociedad. Al ser la líder, a veces le toca ser fría, pero tiene que serlo para que no abusen de sus sentimientos. Su habilidad es transformarse en otros animales que aún se desconocen, para que así no sea distinguida por aquellos que buscan hacer daño, ya que ella se sumerge entre las faltas de respeto y desigualdad. Se trata de este personaje que hoy les vengo a mostrar.

Hola a toda la comunidad Alien Art, este es mi primer post aquí y vengo a enseñarles cómo creé a mi primera criatura fantástica.
Estaba pensando en algo diferente a lo que normalmente hago, y poco a poco fui dejando que mi creatividad volara, en un principio no tenía claro qué era lo que haría, pero mi lápiz fue corriendo solo hasta que le figura de esta criatura estaba en el papel. La realicé con colores de crayon en mi sketchbook, espero que les guste.

Proceso:

Bocetos iniciales

Primero tracé la cara con un lápiz de carbón, sus ojos, su boca y luego su largo cabello con ondas. Posteriormente en su pecho añadí un collar y de fondo quise agregar figuras del mar como caracoles, conchas y una estrella de mar.

Coloreado

La paleta de colores que quería utilizar eran tonos azules y amarillos, así que inicié remarcando su cabello con un color marrón y poco a poco los tonos naranjas llamativos de su cabello. Para su piel usé colo azul claro y toques amarillos, y en en fondo igualmente una mezcla de tonos tierra y azules de diferentes tonalidades. Finalmente froté un trozo de papel sobre mi hoja para que se mezclarán todos los colores y quedara más prolijo.
