Stamattina devo andare in un' azienda agricola-I have to go to a farm this morning

Ciao a tutti questa mattina devo partire per le mie abitudinali consegne,ma oggi sono contento perchè passo in un'azienda agricola dove passo spesso a rifornirmi di prelibatezze.

Hello everyone, this morning I have to leave for my routine deliveries, but today I'm happy because I go to a farm where I often go stocking up on delicacies.

La strada per arrivarci non è delle migliori,è rimasta ancora un pò di neve e con le basse temperature ha anche ghiacciato.
Loro hanno anche uno spaccio dove vendono direttamente al cliente,secondo mè l'unico modo per sopravvivere,perchè se passi dalla grande distribuzione a te restano solo le briciole.
The road to get there is not the best, there is still some snow left and with the low temperatures it even froze.
They also have a shop where they sell directly to the customer, in my opinion the only way to survive, because if you go from large distribution to you, only the crumbs remain.

Diciamo che la loro mission è produrre mais,frutta fresca che poi trasformano in confetture oppure viene essicata e patate e verdure stagionali.
Io vi confesso che impazzisco per i cachi essicati allo zenzero,sembra una cosa strana ma sono buonissimi!!

Let's say that their mission is to produce corn, fresh fruit which they then transform into jams or dried and seasonal potatoes and vegetables.
I confess that I am crazy for persimmons dried with ginger, it seems a strange thing but they are very good !!
