There is always something to look out for as the day breaks and well, sometimes you can feel like just taking a complete break of many things. That’s responsibility and self building for you, it will cost you something. Sleepless nights, extra time, tired but still pushing; just one more. The entire idea is to make sure you live out potential and if you are to ask me, ‘make sure it is your godly potentials’ or it's just a laboring in vain.
Don't get me wrong; men reward, nature rewards and God also rewards. The question here is, where do you want to summarize your reward? >Mark 8:36-37 What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? [37]Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?
Ok, I wanted to center this article on daily business but here we are talking about faith. Not bad anyway, at any point you can introduce the word of life, you should do so. You never can tell the soul readily available to be revived.
That said, my recent article was still centering on negotiations but it was concerning a move to keep my ministerial Journey going. This time, it's ALL about a transaction that will add yet another achievement to our company. I had talked about this some time ago; ‘the need to bring in more machines’.
There are many things to consider as advantages here; efficiency, speed and quality delivery. Another thing can be opening up the business for more professional workers. This is not something to be ignored, I have to admit that my main duty in this company was supervision and not to be working here and there.
To achieve this, we have to focus on how to improve upon and increase both our workload and workforce. The former can be tied to better marketing strategies while the former has much to do with more and quality machinery.
We had such an opportunity two weeks ago if I am not mistaken. Our contract work discussed with me about a pending hot deal; ‘sewing machine for sales at a well discounted price’.
Do you have faith and how often do you exercise it?. Ok, my first move was to claim the machine for our company by faith. I never even saw where the quick needed funds will come from, not even talking of if the owner will still be interested in marketing. I had by faith claimed it.
So what played out later? After a brief business meeting, I had to table this opportunity and it seemed a good move by my co-partner. We made the necessary inquiry and later decided to visit the seller. It turned out she was not interested anymore in selling. Negotiations failed right but something was still positive in my heart; ‘l had claimed that machine by faith for our company’.
To conclude, let me add, fast-forward to today; a week later I should assume and I got a feedback message that she is now very interested in selling. It has been something I have been trying to close the entire deal since morning but it is not going to be a panic buy.
We are still trying to set the buying price at a more affordable price. Let's hope we can close this deal by tomorrow. Another thing to be grateful for is how we have been able to raise the needed funds for the purchase at such a short period of time. I remain very positive as concert this entire deal.
