Just imagine going to the market to purchase a fruit and decided to keep it domicile inside your refrigerator. A fruit has its consumption time frame and when it elapses that period, then prepare to throw it away. The entire fruit pampering technique failed.

Have you observed how mother chicken reacts when she wants to path ways with our matured chicks? She will start packing them and I mean in a painful way, her message is simple; ‘go fend for yourself’.

How about the eagle and its young. Of course they were meant for the sky but how will they know if they are not forced to. So it will finally summarize at ‘fly or die’. There are lots of things we can learn from nature and animals.

Which do you prefer, to pamper or be pampered? And I can also add, pampering who, someone else or yourself? I can remember in my early years when I gave enough accomodations for sickness.

I had to face it; every small thing I will be throwing a blanket around myself and shivering. Not on the later days when something happened and I promised the nonsense was stopping and it did.

Someone also shared a similar situation on how he was growing up and always behaving like a sickler until his Dad gave him advice or rather a stain warning. When you thought Dad was going to pamper you but he told you, ‘sick people don't compete with their mate’. Simple, precise and self explanatory. From that day till date, that particular problem was resolved.

Are you a victim of being pampered or have you become a victim of being the one who loves pampering. Maybe we pamper so many situations; safe or comfort zone, family background, patterns and whatever. It has mostly deterring end stories.

Maybe I should start from how children are raised nowadays. The mentality of ‘he is just a child’. Discipline was ignored and the child grew up wild. Spoke harshly with elders because the parent did not even allow even his neighbors to help in disciplining the child. Ok, we have seen most of such children become a threat to their very parents when they grew up.

Or have you over pampered yourself? Comfort zone has been one of such challenges. We don't want to make risky or challenging moves. What has it resulted to after several years? Still stuck in one place? And what were you expecting?

’The worse risk is risking nothing’—dani-EL

It can be the same even for entrepreneurs. Having a good staff relationship is good but over pampering staff can be a bad idea. There will be a lot of break even during work processes. Excuses here and there, visions and motives will be undermined. In short, you will be taken for granted.

There is a need to place the needed balances both in business and our other daily live activities. The solution is not likely pampering not to even talk of over pampering. Where discipline is needed, do well to properly apply.
