That old saying, the early bird catches the worms. Pursuing early has its advantages, consider the fact that some setbacks may want to surface in-between. Ok, this time we will be talking about office business. Last month was a kind of stepping out from business premises to meet up with education demands. The workload just kept piling up. We are gradually doing the needful and yes, it's hectic.
customer satisfaction can be a transferred responsibility that keeps you on your toes throughout the. Today was, ‘wake up early, be on a hot pursuit of today's target delivery against tomorrow or you may have to overspend the following day.
Not bad an idea. Adding to that, I have been working on how we can improve on our ALL round delivery. Our sewing department hasn't been to the delivery standard I am still expecting. How many we can deliver daily is still something I am trying to improve upon and today or this week was another of those to test strength.
To be quick to the details, we need more hands and extra machines too. Maybe us having limited machines is also limiting a worker to show up. It was something our contract worker discussed with me some time ago and I have been looking into that. It a matter of having access to the needed cash to pull it though. **Ok, a newly referred customer can come with some tensions. The first thing to TRY and resolve is why did he choose a switch to patronize you?. I was able to pick this from the referee; ‘he is not a fan of disappointment’.
So two things NOW on our table, deliver quality (which is non-negotiable) and also on time. It was something I had to work on and start early enough. The delivery date was fixed and I can't afford to miss the first impression. Of course working with a contract worker can end up a means of procrastination.
There is always what to do in the office and time can flip in your very eyes if you don't make this one of such priorities. I had to add it up to my Wednesday's workload. At least, let's just start, that was the idea. In the end, it worked out, every delayed process was sorted out by the idea of starting early.
To conclude let me add, how satisfying it can be to call your referee and tell him all went on smoothly and the product/service is ready. The same thing too happened with our new customer. I could feel him relieved and ready to comply with the remaining balance. I am putting everything together to make sure we can keep this new customer.
