If it is greatness you are looking for, sit up. I can assure you this, it will not pamper you. It has its stamp duty price and this is where many decide to close the curtain. Do you even know what extra time entails; unending desire. When you interview men who have been able to test worldly success, you will hear them tell you stories of sleepless nights. Ok, we are not even talking of sleeping late, we are talking of being sleepless throughout the night.
Even in the world of sports, those that break records took advantage of the extra time mystery. In the end, when they become famous you will always see them break down in tears as they look back to those extra time and how it has paid off.
Maybe we should look back at a familiar story in the scriptures about Mary; the woman who decided to stay back at the tomb. The disciples and others came to see an empty tomb and with confusions in their heart went back home. But there was Mary, weeping and crying. It was a very touching moment that connected the deep love she had for The Lord.
Mary was able to cause a delay in spiritual transactions during that process. Our Lord Jesus decided to see to Mary’s needs before finally ascending to the father. Many may not understand what really happened here and I pray that God should give you understanding. Even Our Lord Jesus had to tell Mary, don't touch me yet, I have not yet presented myself to the father.
I had such situations today where I felt I should retire back home early enough after a hectic one. I hope you know, service is part of searching and seeking. You never can tell when God plans to upgrade you. I was tired but no, there is no going back, we will stay until this service is over.
In conclusion, it was worth the extra time. Words and prophetic declarations came out that have helped boost my faith. I was able to jot down some things that will help improve my life. The take home here; no time with God is a waste. He is seeing all your efforts and will anoint your best.
