Does that in any way sound encouraging? Ok, let's first establish the concept of what you can. Have you ever imagined the fact that what you can, can also be what you assume you can't? This is why the world is currently facing a lot of imbalances. People are shrinking back out of self doubt and to easily cover up tracks, statements like ‘I am doing what I can’ surfaces.
Ok, I am saying you should throw yourself into workaholicness or set unachievable targets, a big NO. Maybe I should share a little life experience here. It ALL goes back to my early days working with God. A time came when he was demanding which I can tell you, it is a procedure you can't escape. I never saw it that way anyway by then.
The pressure keeps mounting, I will just wake up and feel I am being disobedient. Anywhere I tried to cool myself off was rather another spot that reminded me that I have an obligation to fulfill. I kept quiet just thinking that with time it would just pass away. Or on another thought, He will come and adjust the terms. It never happened and went the pressure intensified, I had to finally voice out; ‘Lord I can't do it’.

The can't was pointing to the fact that I would have loved to do it if I could. And this was me underrating all the inbuilt potentials God had deposited in me. Will God ever ask you to do what he knows you can't? I didn't even bother to think that far. Fast forward and that Journey was a later success. I am not saying it was from my sheer strength but the fact that I later accepted I was going to do it and if I perish, I perish. Or maybe I should remind you that those who say ‘if I perish I perish’ for the sake of God’s purpose have never perished.
Oh! My little experience is taking up the entire article. At least there is something to learn from here. What would have happened if I neglected compliance? My personal growth was at stake and how can I impact my generation when I give excuses concerning matters of self building.
To conclude, this can be you still thinking whether you will be able to survive the dangerous waters. Fear and doubt can send you a ‘do what you can' voice note.
