When people become so acquainted with the old ways. It becomes very difficult to embrace something new. They'll try to detect fault or disorderliness. They don't just like it.

There are so many ways to resolve a problem and one of those is to give it enough time. We’ve seen anger fade off overtime. Do you have any related experience here? Maybe I should track back to when I used to be a die hard football fan.

When my team looses a trophy, my face will be pale. Not interested in food and not willing to show up for my friends to see and taunt how we lost.

Well, overtime maybe within a week, we will be able to get ourselves in shape. So where are we getting here? Time. So what is it about time? The needed upgrade. Today was one of those days of having some smart discussions in the office. What does the future hold for citizens in the country? Everyone is hoping for better days ahead but the other question is when?.

Why is the current government system facing lots of destabilizations? Ok, one of those factors that was drawn into the picture is that the country is governed by aged or ‘over aged people’. Does this matter? You know there are some people that are very ok with the old ways.

Consider how what makes sense to you in this era may be of little interest to your Dad or Grandpa. It even happens in meal preparation, it was prepared this way, where did you get this new method? Maybe you added new spices and well, Grandpa is not buying it. The meal might have been snubbed but not for the upcoming generation.

Can we push this into the government? We are not looking down but the era can also pose some effects. Why should I invest in this or that? Maybe this is why technology is ignored by this government; they literally see how it can help shape the nation, revamp the economy, create jobs and employment opportunities.

Are we saying that if we could push a youth to the presidential seat, we will be seeing a massive improvement all round. The discussion made sense. Nevertheless, also had to add, let's not think that it will only be about youth leadership. Put the wrong youth and the matter may even get worse.
