It may be a quick one, but it will point to the need to show gratitude. One way and the other, God has been good to you. From here to there and breaking out from some unnecessary habits.

You may not know what you are free from until you understand what others are passing through. It could just be little lies that you were so fun of and when you broke off, you came to realize it was a big burden.

Do you have any stories to share? An eating habits, lavish lifestyle, show offing, nudity dressing, unorganized speech, drinking, clubbing, anxiety and so on. I know we all have something to share. Social media has become more of a super glue to the eyes. You can surprisingly spend hours without even noticing.

I could remember one of those days that I had to sit back and rearrange my media space. From one unsuitable video to another. I found it difficult to access what I needed at that moment. My entire feed was altered and I had to do something and early enough.

I lost some valuable time anywhere in the process but it was necessary to address that issue. Give it one step and it will gradually crawl back. When I could stay throughout my spare time going through funny videos and comedy videos.

To what value was it? By then, it was necessary; I am grateful to God that such a thing has passed. The internet was not as busy as it is recently; I am just imagining how glued I would have been by now.

To even add it in-between; please when you are free, free others. A lot of people are involving in some many things they are calling normal because they are either ignorant or unable to break out of it. Your testimony can change many people.

Take for an instance, you shared a testimony on how you broke out from alcoholism. Maybe you used to take 6 bottles at least daily and someone who is struggling to break out from three daily heard you. Don't you think he already has a stepping stone from him to start from.

Be thankful, don't fix yourself at that complaint corner. Tell someone that liberty is real. Your story will cover a lot of mileage. Those who have scars really know how to translate their former situation.

I could remember last year when I shared an experience with someone and it helped to reshape her life. When I met her she said, that your word kept me strong to pass through that turbulence time and here I am, now free.
