As a manager or business owner, you will need to test your brand’s capacity. The earlier you accept the in-between flaws you have in your business and work on improving upon it, the better.
This year I have been putting my focus on self development and capacity building. One of the things I am eyeing is high income skills; something I am gradually pushing in order to expand my income streams.
Nevertheless, even with this at hand, I have to be good at what I am doing right NOW. How good is my managerial abilities? I have to say I need to improve, I feel I pamper those that what with and for us a lot. There is nothing bad in showing respect for those working under you but too much of everything can become a disadvantage or a perceived weakness.
I have seen it playing out on some occasions; jobs get delivered late, expenses increase because time is not properly utilized. What's the way forward?
Two things to be very precise, I am working on stepping up my business standards and my determination to prioritize what needs to be done. When I have a more people to work with, I feel everyone will step up. You have to be tactical when working with a a limited people, work can be abandoned and you will have to burn out yourself to keep the company's reputation.

If I can win from here, it gets much easier to win the industry I am working in. Talking of sealing big deals, can we deliver? I got one of such feedback from our client because I delivered late. How can you scale he said when your brand is yet to handle a massive workload? What even happens when the workload is 3x? I had to put his saying into consideration.
To conclude, let me add, it is not about rushing to hit big deals, the most important thing is building enough capacity to deliver. I have seen some changes concerning this and we need to improve. In short, we still have a lot to do.
Our overall delivery in terms of ALL sectors is not still quantitative enough.
One of the ways to stay in profit is overall energy utilization. How much work can we deliver in a limited energy time frame? The bigger this outcome, the better.
