If we want to follow the 90/10 rules, it will point back to something disheartening. It can seem a bitter pill to swallow but we can't ignore the fact. The majority of the population are operating in confusion. Let me try this, let me try that, let me do this, let me do that; small here, small there with nothing to firmly grip.
Are you sure of what you are doing? How sure are you? Are you the one in control of your day? How impactful are your moves? Are you getting less for more or the vice.
And if the earlier is the case, what can be that red flag? Could it possibly be that you are a gambler. Did you just shrivel your shoulder in rejection? We spend most of our time gambling. We can even do that in ignorance. People Vs. the right people, it can be very dicey.
The top human disorganization is self. When you can't build, the way forward is to join those who can. But most of the time it had been the other way round. I will also say, if you are good at building, you should not look down on those who can't; we all need each other.
How does all this connect? Are you not tired of the entire gambling? Hand to mouth, could this be business? Five years later, the story still remains the same: no growth, no progress. Where did you get it wrong? It all started from business inception, you became the all in one. It made sense at first because it did put food on the table and covered several bills but along the way, it in turn made a slave out of you.
I can tell you, many people don't like their jobs, they just want to pay the bills. And don't think the solution is to learn a skill or trade. Many too in this department are facing the same fate. I told my co-partner, it is high time we push this business to the next phase, the current standard of operation is both boring and slow in profit. If you want to walk in success, you will need to let go of that ‘anything goes’ mentality.
We have to know what we want and strategize on the possible ways to make it a reality. If you can't convert more for less time, then you are running the fate of a gambler. Just as earlier said, you will need the right company. Don't be too isolated with your idea.
Finding the right people matters. Even when you are talented, you also need to work with those who will merge their own office with yours to build an empire.
If it can easily be achieved with others, why kill yourself trying to figure it out all by your self. I get it, humans are so disappointing. Anyhow you want to put it, you will still need humans.
The fact is, even with the best of idea and vision, you can just remain in a small hut. You need people, people need you. If you miss this, you will be on an all round the clock gambling.
