When in Swabia, act like a Swabian.
Well - okay! I worked for two days offsite so I took the chance to get some local vibes. Which means: find a traditional restaurant and have a nice evening with friends. And besides the absolutely delicious traditional swabian food of course I ordered a local craft beer. Since we were in "Bad Cannstatt" it had to be a "Cannstatter Helles".

I believe the most famous dishes in Swabian are "Schwäbischer Kartoffelsalat" and "Maultaschensuppe". There is no Translation for that, you just have to try it by yourself!

But now for the main content: the beer.
I managed to confuse the waiter by asking him for an extra glass of #icecubes. LOL. But he complied an so I got this wonderful combo:

The beer itself has a very bright, cloudy color and tastes nice and fresh, rather mild despite having more than 5 % Vol alcohol. But there was nothing special I would recognize in a blind contest or I could remember to describe here. Very much foam in the first moment disappearing very fast, so I even hadn't the chance to make a picture. So this time it has been more for the local vibes and to contribute the delicious food and comfy athmosphere I enjoyed the entire evening. And I know: when coming back there are some other traditional beer brands I definiteliy have to taste. So thats not the end of swabian experiences!
