We're similar. I don't do guns either. I have a shotgun, that's it. And I don't plan on shooting it other than the few rounds i fired through it about 20 years ago Cuz I've survived quite well by killin'em with my mouth.
Quickly about Twitter. This is still my first and only social media experience, to this day I don't know how to get to Twitter or the face one.. instawhatever it's called, etc.

I don't call 9-1-1 either dude. I've had my car destroyed while I waited in the backseat all because I called 911 in the middle of nowhere Cuz I saw a little kid but didn't want to approach him. One of the nights I got beat up was in the middle of a crowded parking lot, there was at least 20 people disgusted and boo'ing that fuckin cop. My homeboy called me for a ride Cuz he was too drunk. I guess the liquor store guy called the cops around the same time so I got there the same time they did. That was one of the worst ones. He fractured my wrist and I couldn't move my right index finger for about a month. That dude was intense, a Mexican officer, he told me "shut the fuck up and stare at the ground before you go down for an ounce whiter than your skin." Dude I never did anything.. I picked up my homeboy so he wouldn't drive, I never said a word, a curse word, nothing. Wrong place to be white with a brown cop. I layer face down until they towed his car, took him to jail, never said a fuckin word to me! I just waited till everyone left, got up and went home.
Crime spikes. In my brutally honest opinion, 'something's gotta give.' I think these masks have a lot to do with shitty attitudes but the murders ain't helping. Ever hear of Black Wall Street? Another atrocity that fuels hate in our country homeboy—way before us. Check out that article. 100 years ago motherfuckers with flesh like you and I flew private planes over those human men, women and children, and dropped homemade bombs killing between 300-3000 because so many black people died they still can't locate all the mass graves.
In response to crimes are on the rise 200%, I'm not doubting it. However, crimes/murders/wrongful convictions and everything else you and I don't commonly think about is probably up 20,000% if you're black.
One more thing. I'm from LA dude..... I could say I have a vague idea what it's like in Baltimore but I'm from LA. I know exactly what it's like and cops being scared, etc. Lastly, you said you're a long
haired dude. Brother, I've never been/associated with a skin head my whole life, not even during my prison stint. But I walk the streets white, fohawk, and I'm 60% covered in black/gray tattoos... no color. I have a vague idea what it's like to be a long hair. 👍🏿
