Can Hive be used as a crypto exchange?
Well in theory yes, and it is already being used by 400 accounts daily and around 2.5k accounts on a monthly level. Most of the trading is connected with the movements of the HIVE and HBD token, as those are the only tokens that trade there :)
Still it is quite amazing to think about that Hive provides a layer one, KYC free and permissionless trading platform.
Will Hive become the next Binance or Coinbase? Probably not, but not to mention those platforms have around 100M users.
We can easily have one million traders on Hive when the time is right.
