I work as a computer science teacher in a large school with good economic status....
I am in charge of teaching students about the fundamental principles of technologies and programming languages, also what are social networks, their use, advantages and disadvantages.
My job is to plan and teach with powerpoint slides and practice classes on educational programs for each school level and explain them in primary education and then they perform the practice of the classes individually on computers for each student.
By the way this is my view from my work
One day the boss met with us to tell us that each person should look for a budget to make us some shirts. It turns out that after a few weeks only two people had the budget, my coordinator and I decided to go for her budget because she gave us an easy payment and it is no secret that we teachers earn very little.
After a few days she charged us the first part, which was $5, and after 15 days, that is, in the fortnight, she asked for the other $5 because the shirt cost 10 dollars for being printed and personalized to our taste, with a logo, etc.
It turns out that three days after paying the $10 he asked us for $3 more because the man of the shirts said that since we were late in paying we should pay him $3 more that sounded a little strange to me. Because we had already agreed on the payment methods and because the companies cannot change the price and even less if the cost is in foreign currency, something that only happens in Venezuela.
Well, it turns out that we all refused and were uncomfortable with the situation. I did not stay with the intrigue and one day I went into the office in silence, she was with her back turned and I heard her talking to someone and she was saying follow my lead so I can earn those $3 per person, everything is going to be fine because everyone wants the shirt.
I was filled with indignation and anger and I made myself feel inside the office and told her that I had heard everything, why was she doing that.
It turns out that she asked me not to say anything, that she was just doing business and that she wanted to earn something extra, because I immediately got very upset and told her not to count on me and that I was going to report her because these things are not done.
But I went to the school administration and denounced this person who wanted to steal money from us, being teachers, being colleagues, those who fought for the same goal, humble people, with different needs, but above all with the same line, with the same desire, which at that time was only to have the uniform and look presentable in school activities.
As a result of this she stopped talking to me, she doesn't even say good morning to me anymore, anything she needs to talk to me about she does it through the Whatsapp group.
The campus management totally ignored what I said. He disregarded what happened and for me and my other colleagues this was theft taking advantage of his authority..... OMG my anger was growing.
People cannot use their power to steal money from the company, let alone directly from their employees. ..
Advice for those who live situations like mine:
If you want to denounce, the first thing you should do is to contact someone competent, not just anyone gives solution to the crimes caused in companies. It seems that the one who speaks the least is the best.
But as they ignored and that was not going to change the situation we were living, I went up to my living room and made these little words, to fill me with strength and tranquility, because I was really very upset.
