Hello dear community and super attentive to the needs or concerns of all its members. I hope you are doing well and that this week will be one of many blessings and growth. Today, even though it is rainy, it has given us a day to live, breathe and learn new things. That is why I am here writing with my inner child by my side. Making me see that many of the things that girl said came true.

I'll tell you about it!

That first I want to thank mosa71@mosa71 and holos-lotus@holos-lotus for giving us so many good initiatives during this time that I have been with you, for the support and above all for giving interest to every word that was given in the participation of the post anniversary.

Knowing my inner child is so nice because I have the memories fresh as a lettuce so I will begin by answering the questions left by mosa71@mosa71 in her post of the inner child.

What were you like physically?
Physically that inner girl was born chubby, with many rolls in the legs, everyone said they were donuts that provoked biting hehe. As I grew up I got thinner and I was always slim, very flirtatious, I liked to wear sunglasses and even pose in photos. I did it naturally. Once they took me to take a picture and I posed with my legs crossed and all because I wanted a postcard. Everyone in the photo studio had to do with that moment. I still remember the look on my grandparents' faces because it was so natural for me.

How did you perceive yourself as a child?
Always very calm, serene, connected with nature and simple things, music is part of the things that connect me with nature, the rain or sitting and watching the rainbow was something that my inner child liked and my current me too. Sitting under a tree and taking deep breaths was and is something my inner child and I do together.

How did you feel about yourself?
From a very young age I was independent, I liked to dance, go to school and participate in school activities, even though I was very shy I always wanted to participate because I felt that I could fight against it and show that I could put sorrow aside.

What did you love to do?
What I always loved the most was to be with my grandfather, to accompany him to do his errands, I was a little girl but with a great love for the old people and to feel that at 13 years old I could go out with him and help him cross the street, to read the small letters, to count the money when I got paid at the bank and many other things made me feel useful and valuable to him. And to all the little old men around him. I was doing big people things and I was still as if I had other interests. That helped me or pushed me to grow up.

What were you afraid of?
Since the year I was born my parents separated, I think that made me live a life full of risks, without fear but with daring. When you grow up you realize that the absence of parents fills you with fear simply to be afraid of losing a loved one. But when you lose your father, not because he is no longer on the earthly plane but because he decided to move away from his daughter. That creates fears of family loss. You want everyone around you to be eternal.

What was your favorite TV show?
Daimar as a child loved to watch El Chavo, Tom and Jerry and shows where people sang or danced, there was a very famous one in my country on the Venevision channel that was fabulous to watch on Saturdays.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
My inner child always played with my little friends in the classroom, I would take the notebooks and pencils I had left over from school during vacations and I would write homework, drawings and I even dared to write notes for their parents. I dreamed of being a teacher.

And you know what, I DID IT!

In what part of your adult body is your inner child?
In my heart, because I still have that little heart racing, wanting to do many things at the same time, dancing, training, working, writing, climbing the mountain. Follow that humble heart, with tenderness, humble and responsible in every step or place I am.

Today as an adult I can connect with my inner child when I need to calm down, to focus on a particular situation because my inner child was not afraid, she was happy, she lived day by day with a smile and giving love to the world around her. She helps me to channel my emotions and only by sitting in a comfortable place, listening to relaxing music and being able to connect with my heartbeat where she lives, I can connect and reach the point of balance I need.

Because I always repeat the "abandonment" of a family member can not make you more or less of a person, it can only make you a different version and from there learn that life is short, that human beings make mistakes, but that there should not be resentment but love. My child and my adult TODAY love and respect their parents as they are. They helped me to be the person I am, to make my feelings beautiful, humble, valuable. To know what I want for my personal and emotional life and above all not to repeat patterns but to break all those taboos that adults create in girls under construction.
Today I am a 31 year old woman who does not remember or feel any kind of resentment for anyone, who respects and values each person in her environment as they are, does not reproach or judge lives or people.

Who created a home respecting the points of view of the other, who would never speak ill of his father to my daughter and who faithfully believes that love and respect for people is the fundamental basis of society far above the family as a pillar. Without respect and love there is no solid pass to form a family.

"Living one day at a time, with love, with respect, with patience and resilience."

**It brings us closer to a full life.
