Yeah, that's when I started. I don't regret it though. The Steem I bought got forked to HIVE and then I sold my Steem and basically doubled the HIVE. Plus, it was my way in. If I hadn't have gotten involved then, I may still be in the dark today. I can't change the past so no use worrying about it. I'm just trying to keep building.

NOW is the perfect time to get back to the basics of writing and commenting. The price is low so every vote and every comment can actually make a big difference down the road. If you commit to 10 comments a day plus maybe a thread or two, you'll be amazed at how much you can gather in a month.

As for the trading spirit, I agree with you. The problem is the price. At these levels everyone wants to hoard their Hive. For good reason, I think. Who wants to spend 100 hard-earned Hive to buy a pizza or something else consumable. Once the price goes up to where one Hive is worth four or five dollars, then I think there will be more people willing to use them to pay for things. Which is why if you have a good idea for doing that, NOW is the time to be building it. You could check out $COM and/or $LIST on the H-E. I think those are connected to a Hive market of some sort. Maybe you can get involved with them or learn about how to do something of your own. I think @hivehustlers runs it.
