End of Year Drink with Dadview

It is a great night to have a cold beverage. Get together with the ones that you love and enjoy all that this year had to offer you! As usual I am drinking some local craft beer. This time it is a Northern Lager, I mean Northern Logger! It is a Golden Ale with 4.9% alcohol by volume. It is brewed by the Sleeping Giant Brewing Company in Thunder Bay Ontario.

It is labeled as "An easy drinking beer craft brewed with Northern climate ingredients. Made to be refreshing after a day of taking on the world or whatevs"
Nothing like putting "whatevs" on the label.

After a good pour this beer holds a nice golden colour. There was about an inch of foam with continuous bubbles in the glass well after the poor. Looks like a nice easy drinking beer to relax and ring in the new year! As you can see there are lots of snacks spread out as well.

As I like to say "Cheers to Cold Beers!"

This one holds up to the taste test as well. It is a bitter beer with a grainy taste. The entire mouthful was filled with rich flavour. It was light bodied and a pleasant surprise. I wansn't expecting much from the goofy name and label. I would consider buying this beer again.
My final score would be a 7 out of 10.
