After completing my first #AutomaticWin yesterday didn't feel much pain, woke this morning by 4 am and getting ready for a better day Thursday, Dec3rd.
I jogged for more hours compared to yesterday's +10k #AutomatucWin guess it was due to the company of my friends. Walk and jog back home after completing +10k before 10 am.
I slept and ate waiting for the evening went out again just to walk call it stretch,
Lasted for +30mins and returned home with pains in both legs! STAY HEALTHY GUYS, STAY SAFE use
