What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, do you know how to create accounts for free on the Steem Blockchain using your Resource Credits? This video I give a quick little how to using my goto dapp SteemWorld.org by @steemchiller. It's so simple anyone can do it using their active authority key with the only requirement being having some skin in the game(approx 5kSP).

Steps

1. Head to www.SteemWorld.org/@yourusername and wait for it to load
2. Goto bottom of the page under tools already displayed will be the "Claim Account Ticket" and "Create New Account"
3. Claim an account ticket, in the top section of tools "Claim Account Ticket" with "payment option" on RC click "Claim Account" and use your active authority key in the popup dialog
4. Create an account, in the section below that "Create New Account" enter the username of choice and click "generate" then save all passwords displayed including the master, click "Create Account" and enter your active authority key again in the dialog
5. Your Done!!!

The only thing we need to remember is that when creating accounts this way they need to be powered up as the accounts are created with 0 SP and are unusable for normal activities. Furthermore suggesting to the new account holders to change their keys immediately would be a good idea and also a great first lesson as to not lose our keys with no normal way of recovery.
