Today I woke up feeling really ill and having a hard time breathing. Went for a short morning walk 10 mins and started sweating it’s so warm out today.... maybe it was the fever 😅
Ended up coughing up some blood so I headed to the clinic. Took the day off work as I had to do a whole bunch of tests and the wait between each was hours.
Between two of my tests I stopped at home and put together a quick lunch and took Jerry out for a 35 min walk. Did my #Seven77 pushups and uploaded the video while we were out.
Finally finishing with the doctor, I have bronchitis and a viral infection. Watching me for pneumonia as they stated I have a sensitive airway.
With the doctor out of the way I dropped off my prescriptions and headed home to grab Jerry.
Since I am off work and I have all my papers ready for WorkSafeBC I drove into town again to drop them off. Stopping at whitehead park for a walk on the way back I took a couple cool shots of the lake really showcasing how warm it really is today.
On way home I grabbed my inhaler and used one for the first time in years, since I was a kid. Made me feel all funky, steroids yay! Sat for awhile then took Jerry out for a long hour 25 min walk. Just sorta sauntered along so I didn’t breathe to heavy and irritate my lungs further.
Surprised I almost hit 10k today, pretty decent for a sick day!
