Mainly Damaged my ribs with torn cartilage and was some issue with spine. Made it a lot worse because I tried to train through it, have made sure to take enough time this time lol. Basically ready to go

Glad to hear your all healed up, being unable to do the thing you love due to injury can be very hard, I have been unable to train jiu jitsu for 12 months but hopefully will be returning soon.

There are different view points on this but no hard science, some people claim it can increase cardio, I used to smoke before going to BJJ. I wouldn’t say it increases cardio but it was something I found
