And if we can sort out community guidelines before we get caustic and toxic whales in the POB arena, the more intelligent the community will be overall. Antisocial and malicious downvoters are not a sign of intelligence or brains, so if they can get their power weeded out by the community, that's a good thing in the long run.

Yes I agree. Usually when people are being toxic it's because they're not necessarily too bright and it's best for the community if they're not around spreading their toxicity.
