Hello photography enthusiasts, today I offer you a series of mixed photos, the last three are on the same building. I was walking around town when I saw this giant Lego waiting in the window of a decoration store. It was very colorful and that's what interested me in this image. I realize that the washed out side of the colors attracts my attention a bit like a tractor that likes diesel hahaha.
This facade from 1570 I tried to translate what was written but google could not answer...
In the meantime, a huge amount of work on the stones has been carried out for this facade.
No, it's not the window of a prison but that of an old tavern. The question I ask myself is is this done to prevent thieves from entering or to prevent customers who had not paid from leaving hahahaha

Little joke, it must have cost a lot of stone to build this building. It was not just necessary to cut blocks of stone at the end of the quarry but after sculpting them to give them this hollow stone effect. It's the only building I saw in this city that had this hollowed-out stone architecture.
If we look a little more at the architecture of the building we can see that either the mason who built the building was drunk, or the architect was too, or the owner was so eccentric in his originality that he requested that the arch of each window not be symmetrical to the others. One plane is in the shape of a triangle, the other is in the shape of a half-moon and below is the reverse. If you look at the game from all three windows, you'll see that it's worse. The strong window arches make the building unsightly. At least in my eyes. Maybe I didn't understand the concept or really the mason was a real pillar of the counter and who hadn't finished cooking the day before and gave this away at the end of his work.
