You can walk into a store in the city of Split, Croatia and buy crypto-currencies with cash. The Croatian crypto exchange,Bitkonan, is behind the project and they have plans to open more bitcoin stores in other cities. Currently you can purchase Bitcoin, Ether and other altcoins over the counter. Customers are given a receipt and proof of purchase for tax reporting purposes.
