To obtain "Spitfire Rod v2.0", make sure two welding arms are still functional upon the defeat of Big SISTER 1/3.
Player Notes:
If two welding arms are destroyed on the same side, on either the left or right side, that side of the platform will become electrified. This boss was easier to defeat than the first two bosses, but to do it without taking damage was certainly more complicated; I had to be mindful of independent attacks from four welder arms and a laser.
