As I have mentioned before, I follow Alex Becker on YT and he talks a lot about Dopamine Detox in the currently moment, which is perfect for someone like me.
He does what he calls Nightmare Mode, which is an Extreme, yet profitable version of a regular Dopamine Detox.
Here is his list:

He is an absolutely madman with it comes to this. He does say that his focus and work have had a positive impact! He does also state that he have been doing this for a while now, so his visuable benefits is small than someone who just starts out.
He say:
People think they will be losing something by doing this. You wanna chase your emotions and catch your favorite tv show. You think these things are important, its all kinda an illusion.
I think what he teaches is amazing and really valuable compared to other YT'ers. This as meaning and it works in your life and he gives exemples for the things you can remove.
So starting from tomorrow, I will be doing a more hardcore Dopamine Detox than I started last week. But not Nightmare mode, I have made my own list.

My diet is pretty clean as of now, so that will not change + I only eat a plant-based diet, so Chicken is out of the picture.

Also, no phone is not possible. I have some clients upcoming the next couple of days, so I will have to call them and such.
